You break into a light run in an effort to catch up with the speedy lagomorph.
Fortunately for you, the horned rabbit keeps to the winding path, where the footing is even and the visibility is high. Despite the brisk pace, you find yourself in good spirits. The wandering breeze feels cool upon your brow, and the warmth of the sun is still comfortable. From time to time, you notice the rabbit pausing, squinting at you from a distance, and continuing on its way.
It is almost as if it were leading you somewhere...

You groan out loud as you see the rabbit veer off of the path, bounce through a patch of clover, and scamper into a medium-sized opening in the side of a hill. It is not quite large enough to be a proper cave, but not so small that it would appear to be a rabbit-burrow. You could probably fit through the opening if you crawled in on hands and knees...
But who knows what could be lying in wait inside?
